The Anderic FAN35T remote will replace your original Harbor Breeze FAN35T original equipment remote. This remote has a dip-switch panel inside the battery compartment for pairing with your ceiling fan receiver. It can also be learned via the learn button (only for the FAN30R receiver).
Pairing notes: Pairing is done by arranging the dip switches inside the battery compartment to match the receiver's. The learning button is not used unless you pair the FAN35T remote with the FAN30R receiver. Pairing via the learn button will not work for any receiver requiring pressing the learn key. If your receiver inside the fan does have dip switches, the FAN35T for Harbor Breeze will work simply by aligning the dip switches to match (no need to press the learn button to pair). If your receiver has dip-switches, and your original 35T remote does not have dip-switches but instead only a Learn button, this remote will not work; you must purchase a new kit as we do not have the remote for you available (we recommend the RR7079TKIT Universal ceiling fan kit).

Programming instructions:
If the fan has a receiver with four dip-switches, do the following steps to pair the remote:
1. Align switches inside the battery compartment of the remote to match the dip switches on the receiver (located in the fan)
You're done.

WARNING: If the receiver in the fan does NOT have dip-switches, this remote will not work (unless your receiver model is "FAN30R").
Below instructions is for Learning with FAN30R receiver pairing:
A. Align "DIP" switches on any pattern on FAN35T for the Harbor Breeze remote.
B. Turn on the Ceiling Fan main power switch, and within 30 seconds after the Ceiling Fan power is on,
C. Then push the "Learn" key for 3 to 5 seconds on FAN35T for Harbor Breeze.
D. Then the Lights on the Ceiling Fan will blink two times (or the fan speed turns to MEDIUM speed). It means your setting is good. Test the rest of the buttons to make sure they work.

If the above doesn't work, try pressing and holding the OFF and LIGHT keys simultaneously for up to 10 seconds; the lights should blink to confirm pairing.
Note: Again, the FAN35T remote only works via the learning method if your fan comes with the FAN30R receivers installed. HOW TO TELL: If you have the original remote, which only has the learning key and no dip switches, then that is an excellent way to tell that this FAN35T remote will not be compatible with your fan.
If you have a second fan with the same remote:
A. Align DIP switches on FAN35T for Harbor Breeze to a different pattern than the first fan.
B. C. D. steps are the same as above.

Not much to say here. It's a direct replacement for my existing remote and works as designed. Very good product at a reasonable price.
The it arrived quickly and was exactly what was needed. We would do business with Dan's Electronics again.
The instructions should have let the buyer know that there are 15 workable combinations (there are 16 combinations, but, as your instructions pointed out, all four on off will not work) and the receiving on the fan must have the same setting as the remote. I diagram all 15 and hit the right combination on the fourth try. It would be nice if you would give the 15 combinations in your literature.
Your directions were clear and my fan and remote work perfectly. Thank you so much; I couldn't enjoy my Harbor Breeze fan without it!

I was not able to find the four digit code on my ceiling fan, but after eliminating the combinations from our other fans, I was easily able to guess the correct code for the fan that we bought the remote for. And really, there are only 16 possible combinations, so even if you have to go through all of them, it wouldn't take long. As son as I guessed the right code, the fan and light worked perfectly with the remote. I am more than satisfied with the purchase.

Unfortunately, the remote I ordered recently does not work with my fan. The replacement remote has 5 switches that must be synced with a fan. My fan does not have switches, and the original remote has a learn button instead of those switches. Did I receive the wrong remote?

Delivered timely and worked perfectly with an older harbor breeze controller added to a ceiling fan.
The remote I received is not exactly the same as the one I am replacing. 1. the replacement sent was beige the original was white. 2. the replacement sent allows me to turn on and off the light, the original allowed me to dim the lights. other than that it works ok.
Exact replacement for old non-functioning remote. Needed no setup; even the code switches were already in the right position. I only needed to put in the battery.

I find the remote easy to use and aesthetically appealing. It works very well and it is easy to install. It works perfectly with the Harbor Breeze remote receiver Model UC7067RC (sold separately). These products were originally sold at Lowe's as a combination package and I don't know why they don't offer them any longer. If you already have one of these and are adding a fan to the same area where the existing fan has this remote, buy another like it so they look the same in the little cradle holder on the wall.

My wonderful husband misplaced the remote for our two outdoor fans on our covered (but open) porch. The fans and the main post light near the road are on the same light switch in the house. So, whenever we wanted the post light on and we hit the main switch, the fans automatically came on at medium speed (as this was the last setting it was on prior to losing the remote). This wouldn't be too bad, but in Ohio, that tends to get a bit cold in the winter months when you walk up onto the porch. This was a lifesaver when I found it! I originally bought a kit at Lowes for about $34, but you had to replace the transmitter in the already installed fan!This was cheaper, quick shipping, and super easy to "setup". The "learn" button on the remote had it synced up with the two fans/lights in less than 30 seconds! Thanks; what a lifesaver!

I Tried to call and just got a voice mail no customer service rep. My Remote number is KUJce9603. You sent me L3Hfan35T1. It does not work with my fan so I am shipping it back. I had questions that needed to be answered but no live person there. Electrician told me if I ordered a new remote that a part would come with it to go on fan itself. I did not get that either. worked great as a replacement for my damaged remote. The item I received was not white, it was a light tan color. The color was fine for our room, so it wasn't an issue. I don't remember seeing a choice of colors and the picture looks white, so you may want to be careful if the color is important. Order & shipping were quick and as promised.

I bought a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan with light from Lowes many years ago. when the remote stopped working, Lowes' replacement remote did not work on my model (pin set) and would have had to dismantle the whole fan to install the new remote kit.
