Introducing the Anderic FAN53TW, the perfect replacement remote control for your Harbor Breeze FAN35T (2AAZPFAN53T) 304mhz Remote Control and the Harbor Breeze UC7070T Remote control. This remote is designed to provide seamless functionality and compatibility with your existing Harbor Breeze ceiling fan.
Enhanced Control: The Anderic FAN53TW offers 3-speed settings (High/Medium/Low) to adjust the fan's airflow according to your preference. It also includes a convenient Fan OFF button for quick and easy control. The remote features a light dimming function that allows you to adjust the brightness of incandescent lights and some dimmable LED lights. Please note that most LED lights and CFL lights are not dimmable, and the light dimmer button will function as an ON/OFF switch in such cases.
Receiver Compatibility: If you require a new receiver, the Anderic UC7067FMRX is the compatible receiver for this remote (sold separately). Please note that the receiver and batteries are not included with this remote control.
Convenient Features: The Anderic FAN53TW remote control comes with a wall mount for easy storage and accessibility. It operates at a frequency of 303.9mhz/304mhz and has an FCC ID of 2AAZPFAN53T.

Item received as described, new and fully working. Simple to use and happily set the same as the remote it has replaced. An ideal replacement for the 7080T one that had worn out.
Just as Murphy's Law predicts. The very day we received the new remote we found the old one. This is not a bad thing. My husband had to use the old one to program the new one. Now when one is lost, we will have the replacement. Thanks again.

The remote works perfectly. The instructions for programming it were very easy to understand, and I was able to put it to use immediately. ALSO--Replacement Remote's customer service was wonderful. I ordered the remote after business hours on the night before a holiday. Even though there was no mail service on the holiday, and I live on the opposite side of the country from Replacement Remote's location, I still received the remote within two business days!
