The Anderic RR7087TR thermostatic remote control replaces the original equipment Hampton Bay and Harbor Breeze UC7087T FCC: CHQ7087T Remotes.

This remote includes all the fan speeds and light buttons as well as the REVERSE, LIGHT DELAY, FAN AUTO, and LIGHT TIMER buttons. The RR7087TR remote also works with light dimming and temperature settings.

Additional information:
• This remote only works with Ceiling Fans
• What's included: RR7087TR thermostatic remote control & Wall mount bracket (with two screws for mounting)
• This remote operates: Down-lights (with dimming), Fan off, Fan speed low, Fan speed Medium, Fan speed High, Reverse, Light delay, Fan auto, Light Timer
• Works with the following receivers (but not limited to): UC7067FCRX, UC70960TX, UC7067REVB (reverse module, this unit is used with the receiver to allow reverse capabilities)

Warning: Ensure you use Incandescent bulbs or your fan will not dim properly.
It will not fully work for Windward III Fans. (Will not do the Lights if you have an uplight)

If you have the model CHQ8BT7096T Hampton Bay remote with a (RED) light button, then this replacement remote will not work the lights.

To change the temperature from C to F: Press the "LIGHT TIMER C/F" button for 10 seconds.

Excellent remote. Identical to the original with the exception of name on front and having a fluorescent button to turn on the light, which is an aid in finding the remote in the dark. So it is actually better than the original.

I had ordered this remote to match up with my ceiling fan that did not have a remote when we moved in. The product came as described, fast delivery, only to find out that the receiver in the fan was bad. I ordered the receiver that matched up to this remote, installed it and everything is right. Saved about $100 instead of buying an new fan.
