• Can't pair the remote to my Hunter fan. I've sent numerous emails and tried the instant chat without any response. Due to the lack of support I would not purchase from them again.

• I bought this as a second remote for a Hunter fan that is on a 3-way switch with one similar Hunter remote already in use. Fresh out of the box, the Anderic remote paired easily and is fully functional in the 3-way circuit. It's mounted on the second switch plate on the other side of the room from the first. Great little unit! Easy to install and pair.

• Impossible to pair with fan. Remote was supposed to be the same as Hunter G1241. It was not.

• Works like original. I will say nothing in original or replacement instructions that mentions if LED is blinking the battery needs to be replaced hence, I didn't need this replacement. Troubleshooting with original and replacement reveled this little nugget.

• Received the replacement controller a couple days ago, looks like it works perfect. Pairing was simple and there were instructions in the box. Much better deal than buying a Hunter replacemet!!

• After contacting Douglas Fans for over a year to replace just the cradle for the remote, which they don't carry, waiting for the out of stock remote control to come in for $75. I got fed up and went online and found Dan's Electronics and found it for only $27.50 which included shipping and handling. I will definitely go to Dan's Electronics if I need any electronic replacement or supplies

• This replacement is Perfect! Looks like the original except the color is a little closer to cream. Same quality as the original. It came with simple directions to "pair" with the fixture and the process was easy and worked the first time I tried it. It's been working great like the original. Absolutely no complaints! I highly recommend this replacement remote.

• I really appreciated their efforts to get the fan remote controller to me quickly, including solid instructions to pair their new remote with my existing Emerson fan and light. One quick call to customer support technician was handled professionally and they responded very quickly with their chat folks immediately getting the right expert to call me within two minutes of my original chat. • Works perfectly and is exactly like the original one. I didn't think it was working at first and then read that you may need to shut off the power for a minute to 'reset' old memories. I did that and everything worked like a charm. Highly recommend. We now have the original and this replacement for the same fan and they don't interfere with each other.
