Replacement Remotes will do our very best to supply you the remote you need and all remotes are guaranteed for 90 Days from purchase. If your remote is no longer available as new we may have one that is refurbished. All refurbished remotes are tested and in good working order when shipped.
If the new or refurbished remote you receive from us is faulty or we send you the wrong remote and the mistake is on our end, then we will replace your remote upon arrival of the remote back to us. If you request a refund, after we receive your remote back from you we will issue a full refund of the purchase price subtract $5.00 for shipping.
If you failed to read remote details on the web site and your remote
is not fully compatible because of a missing button or you do not like the way it looks or feels, or you found or repaired your original, we will charge you a return fee of $7.00.
All special ordered remotes that are canceled after 24
hours will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee. We appreciate your business and
will try to make your purchase with us a pleasant as possible. If you need to

be credited or an exchange unit will be sent once we receive and inspect the remote.
Most credit card companies will post the credit to your account within 48 hours,
but it may take up to 2 weeks before your credit is posted.
