It's an excellent replacement remote. I would have given it five stars, but it is smaller than the original, therefore the buttons are smaller and closer together and the print is smaller, making it more difficult to find the right buttons. Overall it works very well and would recommend it to others.

Well I received the remote in a timely fashion and packaging was done great to protect from damage. The one thing I didn't get was directions for programming it? I've not have the time to sit down and mess with it yet but know it works for the main thing I bought it for, my Yamaha HTR-5440 Home Theater Receiver. We wore out the mute button on the initial remote years ago. It is great having a mute button. I don't have a manual and have not figured out how to use the complete remote. I am sure that the power button works to shut of the unit, but I can't figure out how to get it to work. These guys know you remote!!!
