Special Order New - This means that we have already ordered your
remote(s) from our suppliers. We are now waiting for your remote(s) to
arrive in our hands. Once we receive the remote(s) and have shipped
them, the order status will change to "Order Shipped." If this order
status stays in "Special Order New" for more than 1 week please give
us a call, and we will take a look at your order. NOTE: Your credit
card will not be charged until we have received your remote(s) from
our suppliers and have shipped them to you.
Special Order Pending - This means that you have recently placed your
order and we have not had a chance to order your remote(s) from our
suppliers yet. Your order status should change to "Special Order New"
by the following business day. NOTE: Your credit card will not be
charged until we have received your remote(s) from our suppliers and
have shipped them to you.
New Orders - This means that you have recently placed your order and
we have not yet filled your order. Your order status should change to
"Order Shipped" once we have completed fulfilling your order. Your
order will be shipped by the next business day.
New Orders Offline - This means that we are waiting on you to send in
a check or money order so that we can continue your order. Once a
check or Money Order has been received your order status will change
to "New Orders" and will be shipped by the next business day.
Canceled - This means your order has been canceled either by you or by
us. If your order was canceled by us you should have received an email
stating the cause to why your order was canceled. If you did not get
an email or you didn't supply us with your email then you can call us
to see why your order was canceled. Usually if your order was canceled
by us its because we could no longer get the remote(s) you ordered.
In Process - This means that your order is currently being filled by
our staff. Your order should be shipped today. If you check back with
us later today your order status should say "Order Shipped."
Incomplete Orders - This means that something went wrong during your
ordering process and we did NOT get all your information for
completing your order. Please give us a call at (336) 969-1842 as soon
as possible.
Order Shipped - This means your order has already been filled and
shipped. It is on its way to you. If you would like a tracking number
please give us a call. Depending on your shipping method you chose at
checkout, this will determine how long it will take to reach you. All
orders should not take longer then 5 business days from the ship date
to be delivered.
Pending - This means that something went wrong during your ordering
process and we did NOT get all your information for completing your
order. Please give us a call at (336) 969-1842 as soon as possible.
Pending Payment - This means we are waiting to receive a payment from
you to continue your order. Please give us a call for more information.
Pending Payment Shipped - This means that we already shipped your
order but are still waiting a payment from you. Please send payment as
soon as possible. Or give us a call at (336) 969-1842 to pay by credit
card.
Refunded - This means that we refunded your order. this means that you
have returned the remote(s) you purchased and we have received and
processed the return. We have credited your credit card for the
return. If you do not see a credit posted to your account within 2
weeks please give us a call.
Shipped Partial Order - This means that we only shipped some of the
products and are waiting to get the rest of you order to arrive from
our suppliers. Please give us a call for more information.
- Then enter model number of your Remote, TV, DVD Player, etc. (Your units model number can be found on the label on the back of your unit)
- You may also search by Remote's Part Number
NOTE:
- All dashes, back/front slashes, and spaces are unnecessary
- Please double check your number, you may be getting the letter "O" (ohh) and the number "0" (zero) confused
- If nothing is found after running a search, try shortening your search. Example: change you model number from "CLU692GR" to "CLU692"
- Serial numbers are not recognized in our system
- Cannot find your Model number? Try browsing by brand by selecting the brand at left. All pictures of remote will show, you can browse by pictures until you find your remote. Note: similar remotes will also work your unit
